Jacqui currently holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Memorial University, as well as a master’s Certificate in Project Management. Jacqui was the recipient of the “2019 Entrepreneur of the Year Award – Momentum” through NLOWE, and “Top 50 CEO” in 2020 from the Atlantic Business Magazine. She is also a member of the Newfound and Labrador Association of Social Workers.

As President with HRPP, Jacqui is a dedicated senior professional with over 25 years’ experience in various fields, including: Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Industrial/Provincial Benefits Agreements, Project Coordination, Communications, Public Relations, Training, Employee Assistance Programs, Community Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Non-Profit Organizations and Socio-Economic impacts. Jacqui’s experience includes working within heavy industrial environments, construction, oil and gas, mining, and non-profit organizations along with involvement in EPCM projects and within corporate environments.
Janessa graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Commerce (Co-Op) and focused her studies on Human Resources and Labour Relations. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and currently a member with Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Newfoundland and Labrador.
Janessa has more than 6 years’ experience in a Human Resources capacity. She has been involved in both large scale and small-scale recruitment from a project environment, to government, and to consulting. She has worked on a large-scale oil and gas project in Newfoundland and was successful in the process of recruiting and on-boarding hundreds of craft and staff personnel and meeting the requirements of the Provincial Industrial Benefits Agreements and Collective Agreement. Her involvement and work experience with the government has allowed her to become well-versed in the recruitment of unionized personnel and abiding by any Collective Agreements as it relates to recruitment. She has worked with two consulting companies as a Coordinator delivering various Human Resources functions such as recruitment, policy, and procedure development, on-boarding new staff, development of employment contracts and offer letters, and ensuring compliance with Labour Standards regulations.
Recruitment is one of the areas of Human Resources Janessa is most passionate about. She enjoys working with, and helping others, whether it be colleagues, clients, or candidates. Janessa has volunteered most of her life and plans to continue doing so. She also feels that giving back to her community is very rewarding and enjoys working in Human Resources.
Amy graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. She also achieved a variety of certificates and courses in the field of HR Management, Harassment Investigations, Diversity and Inclusion as well as Organizational Behaviour.
Amy’s strong work ethic and passion in collaborating with diverse teams has contributed to her success. She excels in promoting and fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion, working with the community as a volunteer and is a trusted and certified HR Professional. She has acquired the Registered Professional Recruiter designation at The Institute of Professional Management. She was also awarded an IPMA-Advanced Certified Professional HR designation and HR Leadership Certificate from International Personnel Management Association-Canada (IPMA).
Amy is an experienced HR Generalist and Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in HR leadership roles for the last 15 years within the telecommunications industry, public sector, non-profit and the marine logistics fields in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Amy is skilled with the confidence and hands-on experience in Consulting, Policy and Procedure Development, Auditing (ISO Practice), Report Writing, Recruitment, Organizational Review and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations within Union/Non-Union teams, and Occupational Health & Safety. Amy is currently an avid volunteer Board Director with IPMA-Canada, the local CNIB Foundation division and has also served as a Board Director with the United Way of NL.
Dylan graduated from College of the North Atlantic’s Business Management – Human Resources program and is currently completing a Bachelor’s of Business Administration through Memorial University.
Dylan’s experience includes full-cycle recruitment, working within various industries such as Mining, Oil and Gas, Marine, Heavy/Light Industrial, and Office Clerical. As an experienced Human Resources Professional, Dylan excels in Recruitment, Account Management, Sales, On-Boarding, Training and Development, Compliance Auditing, and Personnel Management. He is also a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) with the IPM Management Training and Development Corporation.

Belinda has 32 years of experience with the Iron Ore Company of Canada in various leadership roles.
Belinda started her career as a unionized employee where she worked many areas of the IOC Mine Site. Through hard work and determination Belinda progressed her career in leadership roles within IOC. She held the positions of Operations Supervisor, Operations Planner, HSE Superintendent, Contractor Management Superintendent, and Superintendent of Pellet Plant Operations.
Belinda is a certified Health, Safety, and Environmental Professional, after she completed a two-year certificate in the Health, Safety and Environmental Processes (CHSEP) program at the University of New Brunswick.
Belinda is an experienced and confident leader that excels in managing people and processes. She can inspire action through proper guidance and mentorship and uses her knowledge to educate others along the way.
Belinda promotes inclusion and diversity in the workplace and prides herself in the respectful working relations that she fostered with union/non-union teams, as well as the many groups and clients she has worked with in previous roles.
Belinda was recently elected to Municipal Council in Labrador City, a commitment she felt necessary to give back to her community.

Tracy graduated from Algonquin College with a diploma in Office Administration – Executive. She is a member of the Canadian Payroll Association and is certified as a Payroll Compliance Practitioner. Since completing the Office Administration – Executive Program Tracy has expanded her experience and knowledge in the accounting field with a strong focus in Payroll and Cost Control. She has completed multiple courses and programs including those in Advanced Excel and Supervisory Training.
Tracy has over 9 years’ experience in Accounting and Payroll with experience in various accounting programs such as QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, Avionte, and DRMIS. Her working experience includes working for the Department of National Defence and various small businesses in Ontario, where she provided Administration and Accounting support.
Tracy started at HRPP in January 2019 as an Accounting Administrator, where she provided all functions of Accounting, Payroll, Cost Control, and other administrative supports to the team. Since early 2020, Tracy has been promoted to a Cost and Accounting Lead position. Her dedication and passion for accounting and helping others shines through in her ability to effectively communicate and assist both employees and clients.
John has more than 20 years of experience within corporate HR and 3rd party recruitment. He has honed his skills in the areas of Payroll and Benefits as well as acting HR Generalist and Corporate Recruiter, Staffing Executive, also serving in management, technical, and non-technical positions. Within 3rd party recruitment he has held positions of Senior Technical Recruiter and Branch Manager for a Canadian-owned national recruitment company, leading and staffing roles within Telecom, IoT, IIoT, R&D, Web Services, and Software Development.
Recently, John has staffed various engineering and technical positions within mining and oil and gas. Filling vacancies throughout Canada, he has significant experience staffing local, regional, national, and foreign national candidates.
John plays drums and writes lyrics. As a member of SOCAN, he co-wrote, recorded, and sold a song in aid of charities in Atlantic Canada. He and his band “Karen Fougere and Needham Hill” released an album titled “Shadows Within”.
Chantal graduated from NBCC Moncton, NB as a Human Resource Manager, specializing in Recruitment. She will complete her Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) with the IPM Management Training and Development Corporation in 2023.
Chantal’s experience includes full-cycle recruitment, working with various industries such as Mining as well as Oil and Gas. She excels in Recruitment, onboarding, and personal management.
Chantal joined HRPP in 2022 as a Bilingual Recruiter and enjoys helping candidates find the right job. She is dedicated serving HRPP clients and her passion for Recruitment makes her an asset to all of our clients.
Allan recently graduated from the College of the North Atlantic’s (CNA) Business Management (Marketing) program in 2020.
Allan first started working with HRPP through a six-week work placement program. He continued to work with HRPP through the Summer and has recently been brought on as a full-time employee. Allan mainly focuses on supporting the team in a marketing role by preparing HRPP’s digital content, registering for networking events, and helping the team prepare for charitable fundraisers. He also supports the recruitment team in the onboarding of new employees.
As a developing marketing professional, Allan enjoys collaborating with his coworkers on various marketing ideas and possibilities and finds it very rewarding when he sees the teams vision come to life. He is a creative person who values effective teamwork and communication, all of which are important traits for a successful Marketing professional.
Suzanne graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. She has also completed various certificate programs in Business Administration and Criminology and has achieved a variety of certificates and training in the field of Human Resources Management. Some areas of focus are Full Cycle Recruitment and Retention, Employee Relations, Compensation/Benefit Reviews, Policy Development, as well as Training and Development. Suzanne is always looking for innovative ways to improve the current model.

Chloe graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2020 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Chloe comes to HRPP with an Accounting background and is currently focusing on work within the field of Human Resources. Chloe is very passionate about her work in the HR discipline, which aligns closely with her personal values and professional goals. Chloe finds her work with HRPP as a HR Coordinator very rewarding.

Lori-Ann comes to HRPP with 16 years of Administrative and Accounting experience. She has fulfilled two placements with HRPP, as a contractor, and in February of 2022 she secured an internal position as Payroll and Accounting Administrator and couldn’t be happier about it.
Lori-Ann places honesty and integrity high on her list of priorities and aims to adhere to this in both her work and her personal life. She grew up on the scenic West Coast of Newfoundland and when not working she can be found enjoying it with her family and friends.

Julie graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland (Grenfell Campus) in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Julie began working at HRPP in the Fall of 2021, as an aspiring HR professional she is excited to take on a new challenge in the recruitment field. Her main focus is to provide support in all facets of the recruitment process in order to meet the best needs of clients. She enjoys helping other team members where needed and collaborating with others to come up with new processes and ideas.

Heidi graduated from the College of the North Atlantic (CNA) with a Business Management (Accounting) Diploma and is working toward a Bachelor of Business Administration through Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Heidi joined HRPP as a full-time employee in September 2022. She brings passion to her work as an Accounting Administrator and as an employee of HRPP, which complements her personal values and allows her to grow in the field of accounting.
