St. John’s, September 14th – HR Project Partners is proud to announce that Jacqui Winter, President has been named a Finalist for the 2022 RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards for the RBC Momentum Award. The RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards are the pre-eminent national business awards recognizing the country’s leading female entrepreneurs. Now in its 30th year, the program is an initiative of Women of Influence, an award-winning organization dedicated to advancing Canadian women.

 

From a pool of thousands of nominees, 21 Finalists from coast to coast have been selected to represent 7 Award Categories. The RBC Momentum Award is dedicated to a female entrepreneur that is awarded for creating a flexible and responsive business that can adapt to changing market environments and leverage opportunities for continued growth.  Jacqui is one of 3 Regional Finalists being recognized in this category, representing the Eastern Region of Canada.

NUNACOR AND HR PROJECT PARTNERS FORM JOINT VENTURE TO PROVIDE HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTATION AND RECRUITMENT SUPPORT THROUGHOUT LABRADOR

HAPPY VALLEY-GOOSE BAY, LABRADOR – Nunacor Development Corporation and HR Project Partners Inc.
(HRPP) today announced the signing of a new joint venture agreement that pursues human resources
consultation and recruitment support throughout Labrador.


The joint venture agreement will focus mainly on providing permanent recruitment and temporary labour
supply services for the growing mining sector. This includes securing contracts awarded by the Iron Ore
Company of Canada (IOCC) in Labrador City. Nunacor and HRPP will also look for opportunities to expand
into other businesses and industries across Labrador. Every effort will be made to recommend qualified
NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) members for job openings that become available as part of the joint
venture.
